Coach Tim Rappleye

Tim has been playing volleyball since he was 10 years old. He started by playing on the sand courts with his older brother. Once he reached Junior High he made the Junior High Volleyball indoor team. That is where he was introduced to indoor volleyball. He has continued to play outdoor tournaments through UOVA and has played for various indoor clubs. He attributes the skills he learned from outdoor 2 vs 2 to the way he excelled in both indoor and outdoor volleyball. His passion now is to carry on this amazing sport to his kids. He loves to train with them and coach other young kids and encourage them to start early. Tim says “there is no greater sport than volleyball. And there is no better place to learn than Utah. Some of the top volleyball athletes in the world started right here in Utah. Since I never pursued volleyball at a professional level, I hope to help train someone that one day will excel at a professional level.”
